About Me...

I am a Manifesting Generator.
This is a Human Design Energy Type, in case you are new to the term.

I grew up learning a million different things, and changing "hobbies" quicker than my parents could keep up.
This is absolutely the right way for a Manifesting Generator to live...
we are here to try new things and find the shortcuts to how to do them…
or potentially combine that new thing with completely other random new things that most people wouldn't consider a match.

This has led me to live out time as a short-order cook, dressmaker, jewellery maker, cake decorator, Website Developer, Social Media Advisor, Published Author, Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist, Kinesiologist, Body Release facilitator, Energy Healer, YouTube creator, Online Course creator, and I'm sure there are other random things I have done that don't come to mind, but you get the idea!

How does this help YOU?

We don’t simply have an appointment and I send you away with some mindfulness exercises, a diet plan and a few supplements….

Why? Because in my experience you will come back in two weeks with all the reasons you couldn’t implement the plan you so readily agreed to in our appointment.

Instead, we look at why you can’t stick to a healthful plan for you (there is no one-size-fits-all).

We look at why you feel defeated, anxious, and blocked without energy or motivation for what you desperately want to achieve.

Most importantly, we look at the traumas, stressors, and emotions stopping you from being YOU.

Scroll down if you would like to know all of the things that I have in my arsenal and memory to help you.

Client Experiences

How does my work help you?

  • Short Order Cook

I move incredibly quickly and can think 10 steps ahead... ask any other short order cook and they will tell you they need to anticipate everything and pretty much knows the customer orders before they come in.

So this means that often I can see where you need to go before you do.

  • Dressmaker, Jewellery Maker, Cake Decorator

Creating something from scratch that is custom for you to feel good absolutely lights me up and literally keeps me awake at night wondering how I can make it better for YOU! So while I have a broad outline of The Journey, it does not take shape until we have discussed in detail what your goals and challenges are.

  • Vacate Ceaning Biz Owner

Creating something from scratch that is custom for you to feel good absolutely lights me up and literally keeps me awake at night wondering how I can make it better for YOU! So while I have a broad outline of The Journey, it does not take shape until we have discussed in detail what your goals and challenges are.

  • Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist

When I was 40 I went back to college and studied for 4 years to learn about ME! Learn about my thyroid, and learn why I was struggling with this disease. It set me on the road for understanding one incredible fact: Nobody is as interested in your health as YOU are!! Nobody else can walk in your shoes, feel your pain your overwhelm, your stress and you emotions. So nobody else can lead you on your own journey of healing. And that's what I teach my clients.... how to be in charge of their own journey.

  • Published Author

I have written 7 books on Thyroid Disease, both self-published and by a Publishing House. I also have many "low Content books" such as journals under another name, so if writing a book is on your bucket list, I'm your girl! You can buy my books HERE.

  • Kinesiologist, Energy Healer, Body Release Practitioner

I have always been into self-development and exploring my feelings. It's never fun to face your demons but it is the only way to move forward in life... I promise!

I started studying traditional kinesiology in college but stopped as I knew even then that I wanted to travel so whatever I did had to be online. I then found a version of Kinesiology that allowed me to do just that! It has been a game changer for both my development (here's the key for your own journey - always me first) and my client's ability to change their lives.

  • Online Course Creator

You just KNOW you have a course in you but don't know how to go about it or what platform to place it on right? I have run courses and challenges across many platforms including Facebook Groups, Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific and Udemy. I have learned how to film and edit everything for myself, so can teach you everything I know so you can do it for yourself too!

  • Human Design Reader

In case you don't know what this is, Human Design combines Western and Vedic Astrology, Quantum Physics, The I'Ching, the Tree of Life and the Chakras to form this incredibly accurate blueprint of your life, your personality, your strengths and weaknesses, your purpose, your relationships, how others see you and what you are here to do. It has absolutely changed my life which is why I added it to The Journey. This is often the thing my Journey Takers want to know about the most... it's that good!

My Life Changing Experiences...

  • Living on Hamilton Island

At 17 I left home with $300 in my pocket and a dream. I ended up living on Hamilton Island for about 3 years, with a break in the middle due to Glandular Fever (Epstein Barr Virus for my thyroid friends). My time on this magical island taught me so much about myself but also taught me how doing unexpected things can change your life in so many ways. I am constantly looking outside the box for solutions or ideas, and I do that for you too.

  • A Thyroid Diagnosis at 21

Not long after leaving Hamilton Island and moving across the country to live with a man, my thyroid tanked causing an incredible weight gain (which was after this photo was taken, and surprisingly I stopped taking photos around then lol) and strain on my health.

The lesson I would learn much later was how the causes of this diagnosis were a perfect storm of excess iodine, artificial sweeteners and stress.

  • Manifesting My Husband

Yep! I truly manifested the man of my dreams! After leaving the relationship with the man I met on Hamilton Island who questioned my thyroid weight gain, I wrote a 3-page manifesto of what I wanted in a man and a relationship. I read this day and night for months because it brought me comfort.

After I knew Oli was the one, I was packing up to live with him and found those 3 pages. I literally hand-ticked off all of the things on that first page (the following pages were down the track) so yes, I learned the power of manifesting in a very BIG way. He is still the man of my dreams.

  • A Child Then Infertility

When I fell pregnant within a few months of officially "trying" I  had no idea this was unusual for thyroid people. It wasn't until I struggled with breastfeeding and then tried for bub number 2 that things were starting to reveal themselves from a thyroid perspective.

This was followed by endometriosis and a hysterectomy at 42 all of which I now know were connected by my hormone dysfunction. Lucky for us we have a beautiful 23-year-old son who continues to amaze and surprise us even though he doesn't realise it. Can you feel my pride and gratitude?

  • A FIFO Husband

Up until 4 years ago, my husband was a FIFO worker. For those who have never heard this, it means "Fly in Fly Out" for work on the railways. This gig comes with all kinds of mental health challenges both for him and for me and can place significant strain on a family in general. While we have had our hiccups along the way, I am always happy to work with couples (or singles) who live this lifestyle and need a bit of clarity and guidance around navigating relationships in this world.

  • Double Knee Replacement

Before I understood that Lipedema comes with hypermobile joints and therefore easily damaged joints I had been gradually adding tears to my meniscus and just generally had bad knees. Because I was extremely overweight, I put it down to the extra pressure on my knees and tried to exercise my way out of it.

Randomly on a trip back to Perth, I decided to have them MRI'd to make sure it was simply my weight only to discover I was bone on bone, had 4 meniscal tears over both knees, a Bakers Cyst and a ruptured ACL.. of course, I was in pain!!! So I had both knees done at the same time (yes it was VERY painful) but something I learned a lot about myself through.

  • Weight Loss Surgery

After a very "universe-led" situation I did the thing I never thought I would do. I had weight loss surgery! I had always dismissed it because I actually don't eat a lot and thought this tool was for people that struggled with this. It turns out the lipedema was the real issue and weight loss surgery impacted this. At the time of writing this, I am down 50kg (110 pounds) in 9 months and it continues to fall. The lipedema is still evident but I have learned so much about this procedure and how to get the best results from it. This is also why you will see so many different versions of me in photos... I believe in honouring all those versions because all of those different girls have helped me to help others in so many ways!

  • Moving to Thailand

Have you ever had a goal so big that you just didn't know how to wrap your head around it, so you just didn't pursue it? They are my favourite kind of goals!!

In my world, no dream is too big!
We have a goal to live in Thailand...
    When: Not sure
    For how long: No idea

But we are working towards it anyway and leaving the details up to the universe. In the process, we have inspired a few other couples to think outside the square of what the second half of life could look like and that is something I love to be a part of!Rest assured, once we achieve this goal... you will hear about it!

  • Skin Removal Surgery

This was not something I was planning on. After massive weight loss, and because I had lipedema arms in the first place, as time went by the loose skin would fold in on itself as I slept causing it to cut off the circulation in my arms. This would then mean waking up with a numb arm thinking I was going to have a heart attack, which led to panic attacks and general trauma.

So surgery on this part of my body became a priority and was another experience I have gained in this ongoing thing called life.
